Jenesa Maggart is a paralegal at Shostak Law, LLC. She has been with our firm since graduating from the
Vanderschmidt School of Business in 1999. She contributes to all of our clients’ cases including, but not
limited to, case and file management and assisting with the preparation of pleadings, motions, and
correspondence. She often assists with electronic discovery and document review and analysis. In addition,
she is responsible for the production, creation and maintenance of our electronic databases. Jenesa is an
expert at using the firm's technology systems and is able to apply and execute protocols for the benefit of our
clients. She continues to expand her knowledge through hands-on experience and research and strives to
increase productivity, improve communication, and produce a better quality work product.
